Jaltest ITC integration (10.10.X)

1. From 10.10.x version, user should activate the subscription: Jaltest ITC (lifetime).  
2. Subscription Jaltest ITC for current users, ????? (Nazar)
3. For integration, Connection to Jaltest ITC should be TURN ON from Settings.
4. Run Jtest in split mode :
   1. 1. ON, When open Fieldbee automatically Jaltes app is opened in Split mode.
      2. OFF, open only Fieldbee app. User should be open Jaltest manually.
5. On Navigation shows Jaltest ITC widjet, which show Jaltest connection. But, this widjet shows only the application state(opened, or not worked). Jaltest ITC widjet hasn't showed ISOBUS connected or not connected.
6. Task with prescription map. For start working with prescription map in Jaltest:
   1. Import to Fieldbee task: ISOXML file with field and one prescription map for it. 
      1. If user can't import ISOXML, you can check file here: https://dev.fieldbee.com/isoxml/
   2. Task will be created automatically from ISOXML file. ISOXML file will be attacheted to the task.
   3. Then, in Track params select the task with prescription map:
      1. Fieldbee. Track params: Field is set automatically from the task. Prescription map user can select from the list. ISOXML file will be sent to Jaltest app.
   4. Jaltest create a task from ISOXML file.
   5. Fieldbee: Tap Start navigation
