All the information can be exported into detailed documents in accordance with the law, useful for inspections, notices and special declarations. In case you need specific reporting with the Pro module "Advanced Reporting," you can obtain reports compliant with declarations for Organic protocols and GlobalGAP. To download a report you need to click on Other, Export Documents and finally select the item of interest. - Can I get the satellite images with a free version?
Yes with the FREE version of satellite you will receive an image related to the vigor index of your fields (NDVI), while with the Pro version, in addition to the NDVI index history, you would have access to 7 other indices:
NDRE - Advanced vigor index
SAVI - Soil-corrected vigor index
EVI - Vigor index for densely vegetated areas
LAI - Leaf cover index
NDWI - Leaf water content
CHI - Chlorophyll index
RGB - Real colors
Satellites will take a picture every 4 days (unless it is cloudy). In the Pro version, you will also have access to all the images taken in the last 12 months, so you can also assess the change over time.
Integration manual — Set up and Tasks Exchange
In this article
1. Set up your fields
2. Create prescription maps
3. Plan activities
4. Send tasks to machine
5. Execute in the field
6. Review reports
ⓘ Before you start: Make sure you have a myFieldBee account and the FieldBee Farm app installed. Log in with your credentials. If your farm uses autosteering hardware, connect your FieldBee device to the machine before sending tasks. (Steps for account setup and device pairing are covered in this article.)
Step 1. Set up your fields and assign crops
Before doing anything else, you need to define your field boundaries and assign a crop to each field. The rest of the workflow depends on this.
1. Open the Map section
In the main menu, tap Map. The map screen will open.
2. Create a new field
Tap New Field. Then choose how to define the boundary:
Option A — Draw manually
Tap Add Point to place boundary points on the map one by one until the full field outline is traced.
Option B — Import a file
Tap Import from file and upload an existing boundary file (e.g. shapefile or KML).
3. Assign a crop to the field
Go to Field in the main menu, select the field, and tap Add Crop. Fill in the crop details: type of crop, starting period, year, surface area, GMO status, field type, region, and any other available agronomic fields. Tap Save.
ⓘ A field must have a crop assigned before you can plan any activities on it.
Step 2. Create or import a prescription map [available with Pro bundle subscription]
Prescription maps define variable-rate application zones for a field. You can generate one from satellite imagery or upload a map from another source.
Option A — Generate from satellite imagery1. Open Satellite view
In the left menu, tap Satellite. Enable View Satellite if it isn't on already.
2. Select a clear image date and field
Choose a date with low or no cloud cover — cleaner images produce more accurate vegetation analysis. Then select the field you want to work with.
3. Configure the prescription map
Tap Prescription (top right). Set the vegetation index, date, number of zones, strategy, average dosage, dose unit, and product. The map generates automatically.4. Save or assign the map
When the map is ready, choose what to do with it:
Download → Tap Download file to save it locally.
Link to existing activity → Tap Associate to activity.
Create a new activity from it → Tap Create activity.
Option B — Import from another source1. Open Analysis and add a file
In the left menu, tap Analysis, then tap + Add.
2. Upload and tag the file
Enter a name, date, type, and subtype. Attach the file — supported formats: .zip .kmz .tiff. Optionally assign it to a field, crop, or activity. Tap Add to save. You can complete the assignment later.
Step 3. Plan an activity (task)
Activities are the core unit of work in FieldBee Farm. Create a planned task before going to the field so it can be sent to the machine and tracked automatically.1. Open Activities
In the main menu, tap Activity. Select the Plan tab, then tap Create activity.
2. Set the operation type and field
Choose the type of operation (e.g. spraying, fertilisation, irrigation, tillage). Select the field — it must already have a crop assigned. If not, tap Add Crop first, then return to this step.
3. Set the date and status
Choose a planned date (single date or date range). Set the status to To Do.4. Add optional details and save
Depending on the activity type, you can also add: product name and volume, buffer zone settings, tractor and tool, application method, notes, and attachments. Tap New Activity to save. The task will appear in the Planned section.
ⓘ If you have a prescription map ready, use Create activity from within the map — the system will pre-fill task type, field, date, product, and average dose automatically.
Step 4. Send the task to a connected machine
Once the task is planned, push it directly to a FieldBee device installed on the tractor. The device must be connected before sending.
1. Open the planned activity
In Activity → Planned, find and tap the task you want to send.
2. Initiate sending
Scroll to the bottom and tap Send to machine.
3. Select the machine and confirm
Select the provider (FieldBee) and choose the correct machine from the list. Tap Send. The task transfers to the device immediately.
ⓘ Send the task shortly before work begins — this improves automatic matching when the machine completes the job.
Step 5. Execute the task in the field
The operator completes these steps on the FieldBee tablet or navigation device mounted in the tractor cab.
1. Open the task on the device
On the FieldBee device, tap Select task and choose the task received from FieldBee Farm.
2. Review and confirm task details
Check the selected field, operation type, and equipment settings before starting. Confirm everything is correct.
3. Start the task
Tap Start / Play. The machine will begin executing the task, following any prescription map zones if assigned.
Step 6. Review reports and completed activities
After fieldwork, FieldBee Farm automatically matches machine tracks to planned tasks and generates reports. No manual sync required.1. Open Machinery
In the main menu, tap Machinery. Select a machine and use the calendar to pick a day with recorded activity.
2. Review completed work
The system shows the machine route on the map, worked area, linked field and crop, machine details, and execution data. Reports refresh every 3 hours; overnight the system checks tracks and creates suggested automatic activities.
3. Confirm or fix automatic task matching
The system compares executed work to planned activities by matching field, machine, and date (within ±3 days). If match confidence is above 95%, the task moves to Completed automatically. If lower, it appears in Automatic Activities for manual review.
→ If the match is wrong
Open the planned activity, update the date to the actual execution date, and save. The system will re-evaluate the match shortly after.
→ If no planned task exists
The work appears as an Automatic Activity. You can keep it as a standalone completed record or assign it manually later.
ⓘ Work gaps of 30 minutes or less are treated as one continuous activity. Longer gaps may create two separate records.
