# Shift guidance lines

### Shift guidance lines

Using navigation patterns you can build the navigation line (base line) for the field by setting the A and B points, see section <span style="text-decoration: underline; color: rgb(35, 111, 161);">[Tractor guidance](https://knowledge-base.fieldbee.com/books/en-navigation-app/page/tractor-guidance)</span> for more information. All navigation lines on the field are built automatically basing on the base line and implement parameters, such as width.

If you want to use previously created guidance lines for other operations or if for some reason you need to move your base line and all based on it guidance lines you can do it by shifting the guidelines relative to the field.

To shift lines, follow the next steps:

- During navigation stop the vehicle and tap **PAUSE** button;
- Tap <span id="bkmrk--4">![](https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/4gJ72IgLM2WODJwp0bzu89PV1oZ8gLLXuNGkFKIZUa5sAwpWzZwLqhTLJCrIUjWypEP21fZEcerX0kFnRsVbK0j3v0_sHRpkQiCtdfw-5umQPbb8u3yRG3W6NFk5Wf0m5WARHxWcsKb--0088mMiF5E)</span> button to open **Shift lines** menu.
- Shift lines using the one of two available ways:
