Local NTRIP provider.
Local NTRIP providers are organizations that operate RTK correction services within a specific country or region. These providers maintain a network of permanent reference stations (Base Stations) and distribute correction data to users nearby for free or on a commercial basis. Many countries have government-operated RTK correction services:
-
-
Germany → SAPOS
-
France → Orphéon (IGN, commercial partner)
-
USA → state-level DOT or CORS networks
-
Ukraine → UA-EUPOS (state-run GNSS network)
-
Information!
RTK corrections are only valid within a certain distance (usually ≤50 km) from the reference station.
